What we collect

When you send a quotation form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), postcode and the details you type about the job. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we hold whatever contact details you give us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you book with us. The lawful basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once agreed. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Who we share it with

Quotation forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website and delivers form submissions to us by email. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else. If a job needs a subcontractor or supplier, we share only what they need to do that work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email kyle.s@ksswservicesltd.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
